I am based out of Grass Valley, CA and I provide inspection services to a large area of Northern California. These areas include Nevada, Placer, Yolo, Butte, Sacramento, Santa Clara, and San Mateo Counties. My certified home inspection services include pre-listing inspections, buyer inspections, pool & spa inspections, mold testing, and thermal imaging.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Buyer Inspections

Get a professional, careful assessment to help you with your decision making. I will perform a thorough inspection and provide you with clear, detailed report of the home you’re interested in buying. After the inspection, I will accompany you through a walkthrough (or Zoom call) of my findings, answer any questions and help introduce you to your new home.

I met Justin when he was working for another inspection company before starting his own business. I decided to try his previous employer because I was noticing a lack of consistency in the inspectors of my previous go-to company. Even though I had my favorite inspectors some were promoted to desk jobs or moved out of the area. So when I tried this new company I lucked out in landing a highly qualified and diligent property inspector named Justin Marzo. When I heard that he was leaving his previous employer I knew I needed to follow him wherever he went. O very important reason that he impressed me was because of his well written and detailed inspection report. Even though I have not worked directly with every company out there I have seen reports from most of the companies. On the one-hand you have the skimpy reports that say very little and then their are the long reports filled with mostly boiler-plate filler that also say very little specifically about the property at hand.
